  1. REDBIRD SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. This is a legal agreement between you, a single end-user,
  4. and Redbird Software.  By installing this software, you are
  5. indicating your acceptance of all the terms and conditions
  6. of this agreement.
  7.  
  8. 1.  Redbird Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive
  9. license to used the enclosed software on a single computer.
  10. This license is granted for a period of thirty (30) days
  11. after the initial installation.  Following this evaluation
  12. period, you must either (a) delete the software from the
  13. single computer on which it was installed, or (b) contact
  14. Redbird Software to purchase a perpetual license, subject
  15. to the same terms and conditions of this agreement.

  17. 2.  Redbird Software grants you a royalty-free right to
  18. distribute applications containing the licensed software,
  19. provided your applications are not merely a super-set of
  20. the licensed software's intrinsic functionality.

  22. 3.  You may make a single copy of the licensed software
  23. for backup or archival purposes only.  You may not lease
  24. or rent the licensed software, however you may permanently
  25. transfer the software, provided you retain no copies and
  26. notify Redbird Software.  You may not reverse engineer,
  27. modify, decompile or disassemble the software.

  29. This software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of
  30. any kind, such as warranties of merchantability and
  31. fitness for a particular purpose.
